Art at Alsion is centered on the idea of maximizing a students creative potential. Considered a core subject, students take art three times a week and focus on integrating topics from their other classes in order to build a stronger understanding across all curriculums. Alsion’s small size allows students and teachers to collaborate easily on making each lesson relevant and educational. The curriculum is designed with the “8 Artist Habits of Mind” and will allow for exploration of a variety of mediums.
